Aimfelt is an independent offline billiards companion for iPhone and iPad. We built it for players who want live scoring, smarter practice, and honest progress — without noise, accounts, or clutter.
Inside the app you run Match Room races, train in Skill Lab, study Coach Deck, review Stats Vault, and manage gear in Locker. Optional Aimfelt Live keeps the score on your Lock Screen when the race gets tight.
Aimfelt is not affiliated with any billiards league, tournament organizer, cue manufacturer, or pool hall brand. Optional decorative photos may load from Wikimedia Commons when available; match scores and training data never leave your device.

Your table stays on your device.
This Privacy Policy describes how Aimfelt (the “Application”) handles information when you use our offline billiards companion. The Application is provided by Aimfelt (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Information We Collect
Aimfelt does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your email, phone number, or location inside the app, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Player nicknames, roster, and optional player avatars you add
- Match records, handicaps, innings, scores, and rivalry history
- Drill sessions, shot journal entries, and optional journal photos
- Gear profiles, table presets, XP, rank progress, and quiz results
- App preferences, including Live Activity settings
- Cached decorative images (when loaded)
Third-Party Content
Wikimedia Commons. To show optional decorative billiards imagery in onboarding and feature banners, the app may request public images from Wikimedia Commons. These requests fetch public media only — we do not send your match history, roster, or training data to Wikimedia.
Apple frameworks. Optional Live Activities use Apple’s on-device system frameworks. We do not receive Lock Screen or Dynamic Island content on our servers.
The app includes no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social login providers.
How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. Match Room, Skill Lab, Coach Deck, Stats Vault, and Locker all operate using data stored on your device.
Data Storage & Retention
Your content is stored in the app’s private Application Support storage on your device. Optional Live Activity state may use an App Group container shared with the widget extension. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the app permanently removes associated local data from your device.
Photos
If you choose to add player avatars or shot journal photos, the app may request Photo Library access. Photos you select stay on your device inside the app’s local storage. Denying permission does not block core scoring or training features.
Export & Your Control
You can export match data (CSV/JSON) from Locker, edit or delete local records, clear all data in settings, or uninstall the Application to remove stored content from your device.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar standards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
